The London Borough of Harrow is consulting on its Community School Admission Arrangements for the academic year 2027/2028.
The consultation will run for 43 days, opening on Monday 3 November 2025 and closing on Monday 15 December 2025.
Proposals
As part of this consultation, Harrow is proposing the following changes:
Reduction in Published Admission Numbers (PAN)
Whitchurch Primary School – reduction from 120 to 90 places (4FE to 3FE)
Fair Access Protocol
The frequency of School Placement Panel meetings will change from every three weeks to fortnightly.
Medical Criterion
Applications made under the medical criterion will be supported by advice from Harrow’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) Service and the Designated Clinical Officer for Harrow.
Updated Timetable
Dates within the coordinated admissions schemes have been updated where required to reflect the 2027/2028 academic year.
