The London Borough of Harrow has a Corporate Plan for Restoring Pride in Harrow and three priorities – which are:
✔ a council that puts residents first,
✔ a borough that is clean and safe, and
✔ a place where those in need are supported.
The 2025/26 budget has been put together to ensure funds are available and resources are committed to deliver these priorities.
