Background
In November 2024, Healthy Dialogues on behalf of London Borough of Harrow asked how residents access and use pharmacy services in Harrow to help develop these services to best serve the borough's needs.
The feedback has helped shape Harrow's Draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which identifies what the current needs are for pharmaceutical services in 2025 and for the next 3 years, as well as how accessible they are, and puts in place recommendations for future provision.
Draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment
The draft report has been produced by looking at the health needs of the population, the current pharmacy network and its services, and a survey of public views on current services. It has drawn on research material and has been advised by a stakeholder group that looked at different aspects of pharmacy services.
The regulations require Harrow's Health and Wellbeing Board to share the draft PNA for consultation for a minimum 60-day period.
We invite you to review the PNA document and tell us if there is anything else that needs to be included or changed.
The survey only takes a few minutes, and your responses will remain confidential.
