Pinner Section Update - 11 September 2026
Pinner works update – major work on Marsh Road complete
Good progress continues to be made on the Pinner section of the Harrow to Pinner Improvement Scheme.
The major civil engineering work on Marsh Road is now complete, including improvements to the road, pavements and crossings.
The temporary traffic lights have been removed for this weekend (11–13 September), allowing traffic to move normally through the area.
From Monday 14 September, temporary two and three-way traffic lights will be needed again while the contractor carries out the remaining works. These include repairing any damage caused during construction and completing the commissioning of the new zebra crossings.
The photos show some of the improvements now in place, including new crossing points, road markings and improved pavements.
We know there are also UK Power Networks works taking place on High Street and understand the additional disruption that these works are causing for people travelling through Pinner. The UK Power Networks works are currently due to finish on 17 September. You can use Causeway's One Network interactive map to view roadworks across Harrow, and the rest of the UK.
Thank you to residents, businesses and visitors for your continued patience while work continues in the area. We'll continue to share updates as the Harrow to Pinner improvements progress towards completion.
