The London Borough of Harrow Public Health team is seeking to better understand how businesses and other employers across the borough support the wellbeing of their employees, and what support they need to do this effectively.
This survey will inform the development of our Workplace Wellbeing Offer, which will help employers create healthier, more productive workplaces, support a motivated workforce, reduce sickness absence, and improve staff retention.
Your responses will help identify key challenges, priorities, and areas where employers would benefit from additional support, enabling us to provide targeted guidance and practical resources tailored to local needs.
The survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete
The survey will run for 6 weeks until 11:59pm on 6 July. Please submit your responses by this date.
