We believe that access to good quality information and advice is a cornerstone of a thriving, supported community. By embarking on this survey, we aim to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by VCS organisations and their service users. Your participation enables us to craft a new Information and Advice Strategy for 2024-2027 that truly reflects your voices, and ensures that no one is left behind.
Who can get involved?
This survey is targeted at voluntary and community sector organisations that provide information and advice to residents in the borough. It is only open to representatives from VCS organisations, which includes all charities, non-profits and voluntary organisations (including faith based organisations) operating in the borough that are formally constituted.
