Are you cutting services at New Bentley?

There are no plans to close the centre or make cuts to the service.

Why do you want to change New Bentley NRC?

The development of New Bentley is part of our wider plans to improve our adult social care and mental health service. It’s a key priority for the London Borough of Harrow to support those in need and improve the quality of life.

By offering a more modern and centre, we aim to create a welcoming safe space for Harrow residents.

When will you be making any changes?

The London Borough of Harrow has created a working group to design, develop and deliver better services in New Bentley. Any changes would not be made until Summer 2024 at the earliest. The centre will operate as normal in the meantime.

Can I talk to someone about these changes?

You can attend the Service User Engagement Forum we will be holding at New Bentley Neighbourhood Resource Centre on the following dates.

    •    Wednesday 23 August 2023 10:00 – 12:00

What about the other NRCs - Kenmore and Vaughn?

The changes at Kenmore and Vaughn only include additional equipment and staff training.

There are no plans to change the way we deliver services at these sites.

We will be contacting users of these two NRCs to assure them that no changes are being planned.
