London Borough of Harrow, in partnership with Wates, is looking to submit a planning application in late 2024 to redevelop the site of the former civic centre on Station Road.
Ahead of submission, the team is hosting a community consultation which will run from Thursday 26 September until Tuesday 12 November through a few in-person events and online to gather views to help shape the plans.
The vision is to create a new neighbourhood to deliver much-needed new homes for Harrow and create generous areas of new public space for local people.
New green spaces will be open to everyone with play areas for new residents and surrounding families. A new park, Poets Garden and a large community square facing Station Road will offer areas for recreation and relaxation.
Local residents are invited to attend a free consultation event where they can find out more about the proposed plans, meet the project team and leave feedback on the following dates:
