Remembrance Commemorations
This Remembrance we put up 1,000 Royal British Legion lamp post poppies in our town centres and added Tommy silhouettes along the route of the parade. We were so pleased with the positive feedback we received that we’ve decided to make these part of our ongoing Remembrance traditions.
We’d love to hear any further ideas that could enhance our commemorations in 2024.

Ensure organisers get clear communication of road closure authorisation in a timely manner. This includes dates when signage will be display

Please add more poppies around the memorial sites. Poppies should be 90deg angle to the roads
