The London Borough of Harrow is consulting on its Community School Admission Arrangements for the academic year 2027/2028.

The consultation will run for 43 days, opening on Monday 3 November 2025 and closing on Monday 15 December 2025.

Proposals

As part of this consultation, Harrow is proposing the following changes:

Reduction in Published Admission Numbers (PAN)

  • Whitchurch Primary School – reduction from 120 to 90 places (4FE to 3FE)

Fair Access Protocol

  • The frequency of School Placement Panel meetings will change from every three weeks to fortnightly.

Medical Criterion

  • Applications made under the medical criterion will be supported by advice from Harrow’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) Service and the Designated Clinical Officer for Harrow.

Updated Timetable

  • Dates within the coordinated admissions schemes have been updated where required to reflect the 2027/2028 academic year.
