The Corporate Leadership Forum (CLF) brings together senior leaders from across the Council, including the Managing Director, Strategic Directors, Directors, Assistant Directors, and Heads of Service.

CLF plays a key role in shaping the Council’s culture to deliver greater value for money and improved outcomes for our residents. It fosters collaboration and helps break down silos across services. As part of our ongoing commitment to organisational development, we’re inviting feedback on how CLF can be strengthened to better achieve these goals.
